Buttercream Sprinkles is a cottage bakery, lovingly run out of a licensed family home kitchen. While I maintain strict standards of cleanliness and food safety—and hold a valid food safety certificate—please note that the kitchen is not inspected by the Department of Health and Food Safety, as per Colorado cottage bakery laws.
